I can't say enough good things about Bill and his team at Bio-One. Bill was very understanding about a difficult hoarding clean-out at my mother's house in Lake County, IL. The team worked diligently and discovered many valuable items I had no idea existed. They really went the extra mile to review, sort, and clean. Plus, the clean-out was very discreet to avoid any embarrassing conversations with the neighbors. Bill was in regular contact and is such an understanding and kind person. I interviewed numerous companies prior to selecting Bio-One. Bio-One clearly understood the human aspects of an unpleasant situation much more so than the other companies. And, based on the competitor cost estimates I received, I was very pleasantly surprised at the end of the job.
