I can't say enough good things about Bill and his team at Bio-One. Bill was very understanding about a difficult hoarding clean-out at my mother's house in Lake County, IL. The team worked diligently and discovered many valuable items I had no idea existed. They really went the extra mile to review, sort, and clean. Plus, the clean-out was very discreet to avoid any embarrassing conversations with the neighbors. Bill was in regular contact and is such an understanding and kind person.
