And, based on the competitor cost estimates I received, I was very pleasantly surprised at the end of the job. I can't say how much I appreciate the work this team did for me. Life-changing is an understatement. They did an amazing job on what was coincidentally one of the worst days of my life. And they did it with kindness and great care. It was a reset I really needed, and I don't want to think about what that day would have been like without them.
